Title: Disputed add-ons, missing promised discount, and delayed refunds I purchased a 2022 Honda CR-V from Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Port Charlotte on or about March 16, 2025. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. The vehicle price was represented to me as $28,000, and I was verbally promised a $6,000 discount. I initially declined the optional add-on products and services. However, after reviewing the paperwork later, I discovered that multiple optional add-on products and charges had been included in the transaction, including warranty/service contract, tire coverage, maintenance, key coverage, Repel, dent protection, dealer prep fee, and other charges. English is not my first language, and I believe the dealership took advantage of my limited English by presenting documents for signature without properly explaining these charges or the final amount financed. These items significantly increased the cash price and the amount financed. In April 2026, I returned to the dealership and signed cancellation/refund paperwork for several of the optional products. I was told the refund money would be sent to my lienholder, Suncoast Credit Union, within approximately six weeks. Almost three months have passed, but my loan balance has not changed and no refund credit has been applied to my loan. I contacted General Manager Brian Irvin and attempted to resolve this matter directly. The dealership discussed possible options, including a new vehicle transaction, but did not provide an acceptable written resolution. After I mentioned that I had only consulted for legal advice, the dealership stopped direct resolution discussions and stated that future communication should go through General Counsel. In my opinion, this has been a very disappointing and stressful experience. I believe customers should carefully review every document, every add-on, every fee, and the final amount financed before signing anything at this dealership.

Roy Sylver was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we walked in, he made me and my family feel comfortable.
