After looking for, and sitting down to purchase a vehicle, we had totally had it with being misled and lied to on pricing! It was so bad we just decided we weren’t going to make our purchase in Florida. When Haley got back us, we told he our frustrations and that we really didn’t even want to look at the vehicles she was calling about. But she convinced us to just come and look-no pressure, no misleading tactics, no pricing games. So we decided-one last time-we’ll look. . . And left Norm Reeves with a new(er) Honda Pilot TrailSport!!! Dealing with Haley was a very surprisingly pleasant experience! (The surprising part being how knowledgeable, helpful, and kind she was after we had been dealing with sales people at other dealerships) We haven’t regretted our purchase for a second-and we’d go back and do it again!!
