I purchased a 2022 Honda CR-V from Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Port Charlotte on or about March 16, 2025. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.
The vehicle price was represented to me as $28,000, and I was verbally promised a $6,000 discount. I initially declined the optional add-on products and services. However, after reviewing the paperwork later, I discovered that multiple optional add-on products and charges had been included in the transaction, including warranty/service contract, tire coverage, maintenance, key coverage, Repel, dent protection, dealer prep fee, and other charges. May 24, 2026 We bought a Honda Civic this past weekend. Our salesperson was Hayley Morra. She was very polite, patient and answered all our questions well. It was very hot outside but she was very kind to get all the keys to the vehicles we wanted to try. She made sure that we were happy and contented with our purchase. She was very professional. She also assisted us in scheduling the Repel pain protection for the car. The finance managers were also great. This is the best experience so far we had in buying a car.
